Sydney is Salon Shear’s owner. A talented stylist with a natural flair for her craft. She is passionate about colouring and cutting techniques. Sydney is constantly seeking new ways to refine her expertise. She is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of your hair while helping you achieve all your hair goals. She aims to have everyone who leaves her chair looking and feeling their best.

Master Stylist
Jamie, Salon Shear’s former owner, knows that good hair is your best accessory. A passionate hairstylist with almost 20 years of experience, Jamie works with leading professional brands like L'Oreal Professionnel and Davines. With expertise in every aspect of her job—she loves colouring, cutting and styling, equally—Jamie’s goal is to deliver not just good, but great hair, for each client every time they sit in her chair.

Senior Stylist
Sandi has 14 years of experience as a stylist. She has worked with such brands as L’Oréal, Kevin Murphy and now Davines. Sandi loves all things colour, especially blonding!! She loves to experiment with her colour options and isn’t afraid to push the limits and step out of the box. Sandi is extremely charismatic and straight forward. She may be in the corner but you will definitely know she’s there. In her spare time she’s a wonderful mother to two great kids!

Irma has been a stylist for 26 years. She has won the Gold Medal Winner for L’Oréal, has been published in The Bridal Magazine for updo styling and has extensive education with Davines. Irma has a passion for precision cutting and styling. She loves having a new client in her chair and envisioning her transformation. Irma also loves to hear and exchange stories with her clients. It’s her way of connecting and really getting to know her clients.
